The game switches to the map screeen and money starts flowing in, all goes well until about midday, a group of villagers attacks us. The villagers are a little upset that they have to pay out, I am given the option of only asking for half, the villagers will be much happier, but Lord Grainwad will probably be a little angry. I head to the village and start collecting taxes, Jeremus has the highest trade skill (although I think that’s tied with Katrin) so he is in charge of the finances, he reckons it will take one day. This sounds like an interesting diversion so I accept. Lord Grainwad promises my a fifth of the taxes if I can get the villagers to cough up. I need to take them form 7B and make sure they fill out section 5, no that’s not right. Lords or vassals each have a village that they are responsible for, Grainwad’s is Nomar and apparently they haven’t been paying their taxes. More errands today, this time I visit Lord Grainwad to see if he needs me to do anything.
